LabThink has provided an amazing service to us at Hydrogenics Mississauga. We have a carbon material that is very difficult to test for gas permeability, but their staff took time and interest to learn about our material and how to prepare it and test it properly. They have made themselves available at all time, and provided us with guidance and teaching/learning opportunities along the way. They involved both their US Lab and Asian Lab to make sure they tested our samples properly. We appreciate all the support from LabThibk and we definitely recommend them for your testing needs. We have been very pleased with the Gas Permeability equipment purchased from Labthink. It is easy to operate, easy to maintain, and easy to get responses to support. Customer service is great. The entire process of purchasing and getting onsite installation and training was so easy. I’ve been very impressed by the LabThink team. From a streamline sales process to speedy communication, to strong technical expertise and incredible customer service. Regarding sales, Martin Bryant is a rockstar in that department. He has great understanding of the technical side and was able to answer all my questions in detail backed by solid data, in a prompt manner. He is also patient in walking me through many different aspects of how the testing equipment work, what to be aware of, and how to potentially tune it for our applications. He made sure I fully understood what he explained. I can absolutely vouch that Martin takes care of his customers very well. Wendy Hao, who is an expert in performing the permeability test, also supported our company with testing in the interim while we wait for the equipment to arrive. It was very high priority for us at the time, and they were able to help us with the testing timely and swiftly – we were able to get test results for >20 samples in 2 weeks! Above all, Craig Primiani and the LabThink team have provided excellent customer service, they are even willing to go the extra mile to make slight modifications to the equipment we purchase to make it more custom to our needs. Our company has ordered 3 equipment from LabThink for all of our testing needs, and we look forward to working closely with the LabThink team as we progress. We are still in the process of setting up the equipment, I will update my review on the products when I have more details. He offered technical advice and had a proposal in my hands within the hour. Labthink performed the testing well within their promised lead time and at an affordable price. When we started exploring lab sealers, we discovered how a lot of people don't want to work with you, not returning emails or calls and then Labthink stepped forward and continued the dialog and their communication was awesome which is one reason we picked them. They have kept in touch with us to see how thinks are going and were very helpful when we wanted to step outside of the box and alter our sealer to do something different with it. In our Texas plant we needed to come up with a custom seal testing machine to seal 22 mil polyethylene. I reached out to Martin Bryant at Labthink for help. They were able to quickly customize a machine for us which has worked perfectly from day one. Been using it about a year now with no issues. In another plant we have one of their COF testers, and a 5 head heat seal tester which have been in place for several years now. They were very easy to work with and very helpful in getting this equipment up and running. I would recommend them for any testing equipment you need for polyethylene. Needed MVTR testing performed in a short amount of time. Customer service and testing was great! Martin at Labthink did everything he could to get us the results in the shortest amount of time possible. MVTR results came back earlier than predicted!
